Pea flours are processed with bronze drawing machines, and a slow drying procedure performed at low temperature guarantees the perfect preservation of the nutritional characteristics.

Ingredients:

– Organic chickpea flour
– Sibillini Water

Cooking procedure:

– Cook in a generous amount of boiling water for at least 5 minutes over medium heat.
– Avoid mixing during the first few minutes of cooking.
